Zanku records CEO, Zlatan Ibile will be announcing the signing of a new-artiste “in a few days.”
The afro-pop indigenous rapper, brought this revelation to light during an Instagram live session where in he shared his plans for 2021 with his fans.
“I would be announcing a new member of Zanku Records in a few days. Zanku was one-year-old on January 1, 2021, but I forgot to post about it. Big ups to everyone supporting the label. God bless you,” he said.
Zlatan has been popping up everywhere since his 2018 hit single Zanku, with a new dance routine of the same name, propelled into the spotlight.

in 2020, he joined the long list of Nigerian artistes who are record label owners, having signed signed three artistes― Papisnoop, Oberz and Jamopyper.
The singer assured his fans of more good music, while revealing that his new single would be dedicated to his fans.
Speaking on the inspiration behind his songs, Zlatan said: “There are still a lot of my friends in the ghetto where I am from. A lot of people are still struggling, so every time, I try to always connect with my people in the hood. My people are striving hard. There are a lot of people under the bridge just as you are sleeping in your bed. Some work as security personnel and don’t sleep all in a bid to survive.”
