Onome Onokohwomo, Nigerian rapper better known has Yung6ix, has put out his third studio album, Introduction To Trapfro.
The rapper took his social media page on Friday to announce the release of the 11-track project to his numerous fans.
“Introduction to Trapfro’ album out now. Link in bio. Enjoy and share,” he wrote on Instagram.
Yung6ix also shared a follow-up post where he urged his fans to show their support for him by streaming and sharing the new album.
“I need you to show all the love you have for me today. Don’t wait until I can’t smell the roses, I need your support now. My album “Introduction to Trapfro” is out. Colleagues JD’s and fam, Stream and share. Thank you,” he added.
Tracks on the newly released album include ‘Intro’, ‘Decisions’, ‘On a Daily (OAD)’, ‘Step’, ‘Shole’, ‘Body’, ‘Ina the Benz’, ‘What If’, ‘Energized’, ‘You Don See Am’ and ‘Work’.
The 11-track body of work features Nigerian artistes including Perruzi, Dammy Krane, Erriga, Sinzu, Charass, Payper Corleone, Disally and Dr Barz.
Introduction To Trapfro makes it the rapper’s third album after 6ix O’Clock (2014) and High Star (2017).
Yung6ix had made headlines earlier this year after he took to his twitter handle to express his grievances towards fellow rapper MI Abaga.
Yun6ix lamented on how MI did not assist in promoting his songs even though the duo collaborated on several songs.
The rapper made this comment on his Twitter handle, @yung6ix while reacting to a radio programme that shared a song he featured MI Abaga.
“D record MI refused to support even though he was on it, chairman didn’t post or repost or agree to come for video,” he tweeted.
