Former Big Brother housemate, Queen Atang has reacted to a video of a woman going beserk after discovering that the girl her husband brought from Nigeria to live with them is actually his biological daughter.
In a video that surfaced on social media, the wife is seen confronting her husband about the girl, named Chioma, whom the husband claimed was his niece and the wife only discovered was actually his daughter.
The husband begs her to put off the camera, but she calls him a “bloody liar” and asks him to “get out”.
“You’re a devil. People will know you for who you are,” the wife says, crying. The wife then insists that Chioma, who appears to be a teenager, must leave her house.
Reacting, Queen Mercy Atang via Instagram on Thursday encouraged women, especially single mothers, to work hard and take care of their children, emphasizing that no one loves a child like their mother does.
She urged the unidentified mother not to take her frustrations out on the child, who was born before the marriage.

She also recommended that the upset wife apologize to the little girl, noting that the incident would have a lasting impact on her.
Additionally, she called on men to stop lying, as their deceit can cause significant harm to others.
In her words: “Sometimes, the lies men tell can cut deep. I understand how much it hurts. But involving that innocent little girl by asking her to leave, is a No No. It truly broke my heart. Watching her kneel and beg 
“To every single mother out there, hear me clearly: hustle hard, harder if you must. To take care of your child. No woman, and I mean no woman, will ever love your child more than you do. Did you notice how her tone shifted when speaking to her own child? Even in anger, she was gentle. That’s a mother. Anger never fully touches where her child is concerned.
“Ma’am, remember, this child was born before the marriage. She’s not the enemy. I truly want to believe your reaction came from a place of raw emotion. You’re angry, I get that. But when you’ve had a moment to calm down, please apologize to that little girl. Whether you realize it or not, she’s been deeply hurt, and yes, she’s also your child.
“And if her biological mother is still alive, please, go and take your daughter. Even na GARRI YOU, CHOP AM WITH YOUR CHILD.
“And to the men, stop with the lies. You’re breaking lives.”
