Nigerian rapper, Phyno has slammed a social media troll who claimed that he sold his estate worth N10 billion in Lagos state to an Arab man who hails from Libya.
The allegation was published by a social media user with the account Just Society on X. According to the X user, Phyno decided to sell his mansion because his “people” are not welcome in Yorubaland.
The now-deleted post reads: “Musician Phyno has allegedly sold off his 10 billion Naira estate in Lagos to an Arab man from Libya.
“According to Phyno, it was a mistake building such an estate in Yoruba land, where he feels his people are not welcome.
He stated, “The last election opened my eyes. The hatred towards Igbos is something that seems like it will last forever. Instead of building in Yoruba land, I’m relocating my estate to Enugu, where my people will make good use of it and it will remain safe for generations.”
Reacting to the allegation via his official X account, Phyno called the troll a “fool”.
