Nollywood veteran actor, Victor Decker was found dead in his apartment. He died at the age of 72.
Jesse Nazareth, the Mayor of the Actor Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Abuja who broke the news, said the actor was found lifeless by his neighbours.
According to Nazareth, Decker’s neighbours had to break down the door of his apartment before they found his lifeless decomposed body seated in his sitting room.
Westbrook Studios, a production company co-owned by American actor, Will Smith and his actress wife, Jada Pinkett, inked a partnership deal with Mo Abudu‘s EbonyLife Studios.
The latest partnership would see the studios co-produce three projects, which would lean very heavily on the African continent.
Netflix released the trailer of Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell, the first-ever approved documentary about American legendary rapper Notorious B.I.G., whose name is Christopher George Wallace.
According to Netflix, the film which will start showing on the platform from Monday, March 1, 2021, will feature Biggie’s mom Voletta Wallace, Diddy, Fait Evans, and others.
With Diddy as one of the executive producers, the documentary is expected to cover the discovery and rise of Notorious B.I.G. and probably the murder of late hip-hop icon, who was killed in 1997.
MultiChoice, a South African company that operates the BBNaija show, disclosed that Nigerian Idol, the local version of the Idol series franchise, a reality television singing competition, will return on Sunday, March 14, 2021, after a five years hiatus.
The music reality show will premier on DStv Channel 198 and GOtv Channel 29 with a special airing of the most memorable and entertaining moments from the auditions which took place late last year.
