In a recent chat on The Zane Lowe Show which streams on Apple Music, Nigerian music-star, Ayo Balogun, better known as Wizkid, spoke passionately about his three sons, as the inspiration behind his creativity.
He also revealed that he keeps them close and tries to be there for them way more than his father was for him.
“At the end of the day, I have learnt to keep family so close, so close to my heart, so close to my soul. I have three sons that I love with all my heart. I try as much as possible to be there for them even way deeper than my dad was for me. And my dad was a great amazing man. So, definitely, family keeps me grounded,” Wizkid said.
The 30-year-old singer who usually shares pictures of just his first and third sons, Boluwatife and Zion, took many by surprise when he featured all his three children in his latest music video, Smile, featuring Grammy Award-winning American singer, H.E.R.
