What Yul Edochie Has to Say About Burna Boy, Sowere’s Clash

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has waded into the ongoing political clash between Burna Boy and Omoyele Sowore, convener of the RevolutionNow protest.

Eelive had reported earlier that the singer had rejected Sowore‘s invitation to join his Revolution Now protest scheduled for October 1, Nigeria’s 60th Independence Day anniversary (Read HERE).

In reaction to Burna Boy‘s refusal, Yul stated that the singer doesn’t have to trust politicians to speak up; as it is the duty of every Nigerian to lend a voice to the political ills in the country,

“To my brother @burnaboy, I’m a big fan of yours. You are one of the greatest. But that aside, I want to let you know that you don’t have to trust politicians before you speak up,” he wrote.

“Our country isn’t working & it’s the duty of every real man to lend his voice to the struggle.”

However, the singer is yet to respond to Yul Edochie‘s comment.
