A recently evicted Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, Uriel Oputa, has detailed her relationship with fellow housemate, Pere.
The reality tv star, in a chat with Punch, stated that the relationship with Pere was based in mutual understanding.
She said “My relationship with Pere is based on mutual understanding. Some people feel Pere is a difficult person to understand, but I feel he is actually a sweet and understanding person. He could be a bit strict, and I guess that stems from his military background. He is my friend, but he is good looking, and I respect him a lot. I hope we continue our friendship outside the house.”
Speaking on why she didn’t push hard for Neo in the house, she said “I never do anything I cannot handle, and I am never associated with any sort of love triangle (between her, Neo and Pere).
“If I wanted to have Neo to myself within the time I spent on the show, I would have made it happen. However, I always love to study what goes on around me. I saw that another female housemate— Tolani Baj—had a close relationship with Neo, which was a carryover from her previous interactions with him on the show.
“That was the only reason I did not push so much for Neo, even though I knew they were not together. Neo had told me that he was single. I wouldn’t put Princess in this equation, because she already has a boyfriend, who is a billionaire.
She added “I will not chase Neo outside the house. He is aware that I like him, because I had made my intention known to him. I actually initiated our first kiss. If he is smart, which I know he is, he will use his initiative (to take things to the next level). He already promised to take me out to dinner.”
