Tyla Laura Seethal, also known as Tyla, has released her highly anticipated debut album, titled “Tyla.”

The 14-track music album bears the singer’s name. It depicts the sonorous nature of her global music brand, which quickly gained traction less than a year after the official launch of her professional music career in 2023. This catapulted her into the spotlight, making her a contemporary music icon and an industry force to be reckoned with.

As promised, the iconic album features a number of notable music stars from various countries and genres. This includes Kelvin Momo, Tems, Gunna, Skillibeng, Becky G, and Travis Scott, with “Water” serving as the lead single.

Tyla’s performance on the new project exemplifies her unrivalled musical ability, which the world has only recently become aware of. Her unmistakable vocal strength continues to amaze fans as she effortlessly floats them over the blended beats, which were produced by Corey Marlon, Lindsay Keay, Ebenezer Maxwell, Sammy Soso, and Sir Nolan.

Remember that the album’s lead single, “Water,” earned the singer a Grammy nomination and ultimately won at the 66th annual Grammy Awards.

Tyla was also recently celebrated for becoming the highest-charting African female solo artist on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. This came after “Water” reportedly jumped to number 14 on the chat earlier this week.

Other songs on the album include “Safer” (track 2), “Water,” the lead single on track 3, “Truth or Dare” (4), “Breathe Me” (6), and “Butterflies” (7), as well as “On and On” (8), “ART” (10), “Priorities” (12), and “To Last” (13).

Tyla’s overall performance on the new album is a historic achievement for her career, setting the standard for her contemporaries and possibly competitors.
