One of the superstitious narratives that gained prominence across the streets of Nigeria in the past was that someone would turn into a tuber of yam. Foremost Nigerian media personality Toolz has narrated how she thought she was going to become a tuber of yam following her recent encounter with a Nigerian lady at a mall.
Taking to her official X account, Toolz whose real name is Tolu Oniru-Demuren mentioned that she came across a lovely lady who wore a perfume she really liked.
Speaking via X, Toolz stated on her X account, “Went to the supermarket, and the lady next to me in the fresh produce section smelled incredible. I’m obsessed with perfume, so I complimented her and asked what she was wearing.”
