Tope Folarin’s debut novel “A Particular Kind of Black Man,” published by Simon & Shuster is due out in August, 2019.
Tope Folarin is a Nigerian-American writer. He came to limelight inn 2013 when he won that year’s Caine Prize for African Writing, for his short story “Miracle.” His short story “Genesis” was also shortlisted for the 2016 Caine Prize for African Writing.
