British-Nigerian actress, Susan Wokoma has been announced as a member of the cast of upcoming star-studded movie, “Enola Holmes”.
From appearing in “Crazyhead” to the BAFTA-winning “Chewing Gum”, the actress also recently landed a major role in the upcoming comedy, “Super Simple Love Story”, and is gradually showing her acting prowess as she delves into a period drama.
“Enola Holmes”, a detective mystery film based on the fictional series by Nancy Springer, follows the travails of the daring detective, Enola Holmes (played by Millie Bobby Brown from “Stranger Things”), younger sister of Sherlock Holmes (played by Henry Cavill from “Superman Returns”).
Other cast members include Fiona Shaw (“Killing Eve”), Sam Claflin (“Me Before You”) and Helena Bonham Carter (“Fight Club”) who will play Mrs. Holmes, mother of Sherlock and Enola.
We aren’t quite sure yet which character Wokoma will be playing, but we’re confident she will kill it.
