Following the downturn of events at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) on Saturday, Ghanaian dancehall musician, Stonebwoy, has issued an apology to Shatta Wale and his fans.
The 31-year-old singer published this apology in a press statement posted on his Instagram on Sunday.
He stated that he has been on edge because he had suffered “incessant vilification and physical attacks in recent times”. He then went ahead to apologise to fellow music artistes, Vodafone and the show producers for his behavior.
Urging Ghanaians to embrace peace, he accompanied the post with the caption; “Unreserved apology!!
