According to the documents gathered by EELive, the Nigerian recording artiste was granted unconditional bail and the only thing needed to do is for his legal team to get the ruling to the police legal department for them to minute on it and then send it to the Force Investigation Department FID where the singer is being detained, for compliance. The singer’s legal team has since sent the court order to the police department but is yet to get any response or compliance.
On Friday, December 27 will make it a month since Speed was re-arrested by the police.
