Seun Kuti, Afro-beat singer, and son of late Fela Anikulapo Kuti, has berated Nigerian journalists over former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode‘s outburst with Daily Trust’s correspondent, Eyo Charles.
Charles, had yesterday (Tuesday, August 25, 2020), asked Fani-Kayode who was bankrolling him for his tour in some South-South and South-East states, when the former minister lost his cool.
Reacting to the former minister’s outburst, Seun wrote; “Shame shame shame shame shame on all Nigerian media professionals.”
The Afro-beat musician further lamented that all he heard during the media parley, in which Fani-Kayode hurled insults at the journalist, was begging from his colleagues in the media industry, whom according to him, later came out to be “forming intellectuals.”
