American rapper, DeAndre Cortez Way, better known as Soulja Boy, has been sued for sexual battery and assault by his former personal assistant.

According to TMZ, the woman, who was listed under the pseudonym Jane Doe, filed the lawsuit on Thursday. She accused the rapper of repeated assault and sexual battery not long after he hired her in December 2018.

She alleged that it all started with the Kiss Me Thru the Phone singer sending her unsolicited photo of his penis within the first month. She said that they eventually got into a romantic relationship and moved in together, but the rapper started acting violently towards her in January 2019.

She recounted how Soulja Boy pushed her out of a vehicle while they were arguing, forcing her to walk five miles back home after the incident.

She further claimed that he assaulted her for the first time in February 2019 but “expressed remorse” thereafter by paying her $1,000.

Doe alleged that in May 2019, the 30-year-old rapper, spitted on her when she approached him about quitting the relationship.

She also said the rapper would “punch, kick and body slam” her because he felt jealous anytime she gets phone calls or social media comments and once threatened, “I should have killed you.”

Doe alleged that the development had continued till August 2020 when she eventually moved out of his house after a violent attack she feared might kill her

She said when she went back to get her belongings the following month, he allegedly raped her again.

The lawsuit claims she was promised $500 per week and was never paid despite working approximately seven days a week for 20 hours a day.

Doe is also suing the rapper for false imprisonment, infliction of emotional distress, gender violence, a hostile work environment, failure to pay minimum wage, unpaid overtime and reimbursements, inaccurate wage statements, and more.

Reacting to the accusations, the rappers rep. told TMZ that the accusations were “nonsense,” as “Soulja would never put his hands on a female” and “wouldn’t beat a woman or put his hands on a woman.”

Soulja Boy had been accused of similar allegations several times in the past. The latest was in January 2019.
