Canadian rapper Aubrey Graham popularly known as Drake is allegedly set to visit Nigeria in March 2020.
According to reports Grammy-winning rapper Drake will be holding musical concerts in three African countries: South-Africa, Nigeria, and Ghana. In Nigeria, he will hold his shows in two cities and in Ghana, he will visit one city. Drake will be performing in Nigeria on Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30.
Drake will be joining the long list of international stars who have visited Africa, especially Nigeria for performances. From Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion to Future, Beyonce, and Ciara who openly expressed their love for Nigeria. However, more international artistes artiste seem to be eyeing Nigeria like American hip-hop star, Lil Wyne who recently expressed his interest in visiting Nigeria.
“I have never been to Nigeria. That is the place I would love to go,” Lil Wayne said responding to a question on where he would like to visit.
Rap Queen, Cardi B also declared her intentions to file for Nigerian citizenship. She went on to pick out possible Nigerian names for herself.
However, the “God’s plan” crooner had an amazing 2019. Drake is the king of streaming according to Spotify.
