Popular Blockbuster Movie, “Ti Oluwa Nile” Is Getting TV Adaptation!

Nollywood actor, Kareem Adepoju, popularly known as “Baba Wande”, recently signed a multi-million Naira deal with popular housing firm, Adron Homes and Properties, to shoot his indigenous blockbuster movie “Ti Oluwa Nile” as a television series.

He signed the deal at the firm’s office in Lagos.

According to the firm, the series is set to be shot in about 52 episodes and will be aired on selected TV stations across the nation.

Speaking on the movie, the C.E.O of Adron Homes & Properties, Aare Akintola Emmanuel King, revealed that the movie has a unique title of being one of the most educating oldies in the history of Nigerian movies.

He further revealed that the movie is adopted as a result of its relevant story line as concerns the existence of the firm.

He said: “We also want to use this series to enlighten people of the importance of the land use act amongst others.”

“We at Adron home are happy to be working and as well learning from the wealth of knowledge of Baba Wande as we all know him and we looking forward to a long-lasting relationship that this partnership and investment will yield in the future,” he added.

Baba Wande himself, noted that the upcoming series will have a spice of modern touch but will maintain the central idea of the movie.

He said: “As a thespian in the creative industry, we are saddled with the responsibility of passing the right message across via comic relief method and other devices.

“Ti Oluwa Nile as you all know is a movie I worked hard to conceive and with Adron Homes&Properties proposing we make a series out of it; is a laudable project that I am glad to do. We would be hitting location pretty soon and hope you all will accept the series just the way you did with movie back then.”
