Controversial English media personality, Piers Morgan has reacted to the accusation of racism by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and Megan Markle, against UK royal institution.
As reported on eelive.ng, Markle, during a joint interview with her husband, on Oprah Winfrey‘s talk show, said there were concerns from the royal family about how dark her son Archie’s skin would be before his birth.
According to her, such worries explained why her son with Harry, was not given the title of prince.
Markle’s words: “They didn’t want him to be a prince or princess, not knowing what the gender would be, which would be different from protocol and that he wasn’t going to receive security.
“In those months when I was pregnant, all around this same time, so we have in tandem the conversation of, ‘you won’t be given security, not gonna be given a title’ and also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born.”
Sharing his differing opinion on the tell-it-all interview, Morgan accused the couple of making cautious efforts to tag the royal family members as White supremacists.
“I’m angry to the point of boiling over. I’m sickened by what I’ve just seen. This is a two hour trash-a-thon of our monarchy and royal family,” Piers fumed.
He continued: “They trash everybody! They basically make out everybody in the royal family is a white supremacist. I just don’t think that’s acceptable.
“I could see the way it is already playing out in America and around the world.”
