For many music enthusiasts who may have been wondering why ace producer, Masterkraft abruptly dumped Wednesday, April 1, 2020’s ‘Battle of Hits’ challenge with his counterpart, Pheels, CDQ has the answers.

Via his Instagram story, CDQ stated that Pheels was getting too emotional; at the same time being rude to his frequent collaborator (Masterkraft), while the challenge was ongoing.

CDQ posted, “You wanna know why Masterkraft left that video already chef emoji, (it was) cos Pheels was getting emotional and rude already; taking things too personal with his words. But the cup don full, na why Masterkraft comot, say e get no point to dey follow am prove. Shikena.”

In another post he shared on Instagram, although now deleted, the rapper affirmed that Masterkraft; who produced two of his biggest singles -‘Nowo E Soke’ featuring Wizkid and ‘Indomie (Remix)’ featuring Olamide, is no producer’s mate.

Woss, If the truth is bitter é mix pelu Pepsi 💁‍♀️ I say what I said 🗣 @masterkraft_ is not anybody’s mate !!! Ta ban sunkun ka ma riran” he captioned.

Recall that the ‘Battle of Hits’ challenge which lasted into the early hours of Thursday, April 2, ended unexpectedly; having attracted over 28,000 views.

Masterkraft was playing Vector‘s ‘Alaye Jor Jor Jor,’ when he suddenly said, “Goodnight everybody.”

Due to how the challenge ended and CDQ’s utterances on social media, Pheels seems to be having a whole lot to deal with at the moment; as many now perceive him rude.
