British-Nigerian professional basketballer, Ovie Soko, recently released a Style Edit in partnership with British clothing giant, ASOS. The ex-“Love Island” reality show housemate was announced as the face of the brand shortly after leaving the villa.
Speaking with British magazine, “Hello”, Ovie described the collection as inspired by his father PappiRay who is a visual artist and a member of the Nigerian arts society in the UK.
“I’m so excited to launch this project with ASOS that I’ve been working on behind the scenes for the past month or so it’s been a journey and I can’t wait to share it with you. Family means the world to me and I’m proud to have done this with my family by my side every step of the way,” Ovie shared.
The dapper athlete is known for his statement fashion items especially his bucket hat – which was one of the many reasons he was a fan favourite on “Love Island”.
