The 2023 Headies Academy has revealed that Terrence J and Osas Ighodaro will be the hosts for its 16th edition.
In anticipation of the event, the academy unveiled the hosts for the award show.
This year’s show will be held in Atlanta for the second consecutive year.
Award-winning Nigerian actress Osas Ighodaro will be co-hosting the event for the second year. This follows her previous partnership with American actor Anthony Anderson in 2022.
American actor and TV host Terrence J, known for hosting shows like ‘106 & Park’ and ‘E! NEWS’. He also appeared in the 2012 movie ‘Think Like A Man’.
The 2023 Headies Awards aims to recognize outstanding achievements from January 2022 to March 2023, with notable nominees including Burna Boy, Rema, and Asake.
For the second year running, the event is moving beyond Nigeria’s borders and is scheduled to take place on September 3, 2023, at the Cobb Energy Centre in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
