Olamide, Mr P, Other Celebrities Mourn Late Dancer Kodak

NIGERIAN celebrities, including Olamde and Mr P of the defunct music group, Psquare, have taken to their social media platforms to mourn the death of Kodak, a dancer who passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2020.

Eelive.ng had reported how the dancer died suddenly; after a malfunctioning socket shocked her fatally while trying to charge her phone at the Lagos home of music director Clarence Peters.

Reacting to the sad news, Olamide who featured the dancer in some of his music videos took to his Instagram page to share a picture of himself and the deceased with a condolence message. The rapper captioned the post, “Rest up Kodak.”

Also mourning the dancer, Mr P tweeted, “RIP Kodak.”

Expressing his shock over Kodak’s demise, her fellow dancer, Poco Lee wrote, “We lost A Legend in the Dance Industry & Nigeria at large….Forever in our Hearts #restinpeacepicturekodak.”

Blaqbonez also expressed his shock on Twitter. The rapper and comedian tweeted, “the vixen in the Haba Video, ‘picture Kodak’ just died. It hurts so much cos we became close after, I don’t know how to handle my emotions.”
