Nigerian author, Niran Adedokun will be reading from his latest book The Law is an Ass, at The Emperors Restaurant on Saturday, December 4, as part of his celebrations for turning 50. The book reading will take place in the restaurant on 53, Isaac John Street, GRA, Ikeja at 2 pm.

Niran Adedokun is a columnist for The PUNCH, sabinews.com, and thecable.ng. He is also a public relations consultant, lawyer, as well as an author. The CEO of top entertainment news platform, Eelive began his career as a journalist. And was one of the first reporters to cover the home video revolution that later became Nollywood. His first book Ladies Calling the Shots was a profile of 17 top female film and television directors in Nigeria. It was published in 2017. His second book, The Danfo Driver in All of Us and Other Essays was published in 2020.
With his books and numerous columns, Adedokun keeps telling stories that need to be told. It is clear that Adedokun has come to stay and make his mark on Nigerian literature.
