Nigerian Poet, Godspower Oshodin to Release Debut Poetry Album

Nigerian journalist and poet, Godspower Oshodin is set to release his debut poetry album titled A Poet Who Died by His Poem.

Narrated by Oshodin, the body of work exposes issues that affects Nigeria, and Africa, as well as ingots on global governance. Other themes in the album include love, romance, betrayal, death and love for country. 

It is produced, mixed and mastered by music producer, Vstix, and is billed for release in January on Amazon and other global platforms.

While speaking on the forthcoming poetry album, Oshodin explained that the anticipated project “…will set records and be renowned for stirring self-awakening in critical thinkers, and also appeal to listeners with conscience. This project is a wake up call,” he remarked.

Vstix who has worked with music-stars like Davido also expressed his delight to be part of the laudable and historic project. He assured listeners a thrilling time, as he promises to leave magical imprint on the work.

Godspower Oshodin is a writer, motivational speaker and occasional actor. He has written a couple of poems that have been reviewed and studied across Universities in Nigeria and overseas. He wrote the official poem for Nigeria at 55.
