Supermodel and activist Naomi Campbell has just decided to go nude as she’s finally starring in her first ever campaign for Vivienne Westwood, a British fashion design label.
Campbell, 49, stripped down for the label’s Spring 2020 shoot, posing nude in only an over-the-top black tulle hat and brown stilettos for one of the artsy images. In others, she models Westwood’s signature draped corset dresses — one black and leggy, the other red and floor-length.
She also poses pantsless in a boldly printed shirt alongside Andreas Kronthaler, Westwood’s husband, for the neon-soaked ads, which were shot by famed fashion photographer Juergen Teller.
“I believe things in life come along when they are meant to. It has taken 33 years to do a Westwood campaign and I’m so happy to be doing it in my 49th year. It’s meant to be when its meant to be,” the model said in a statement.
The queen of the runway recently featured in the latest issue of the Wall Street Journal Magazine where she disclosed everything from alcoholic addiction, her faith and her philanthropic work.
