A few days after his release from prison, Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley has said that cyber criminals owe him for the ordeal he went through in EFCC custody on their behalf.
Naira Marley who was released on Friday June 14, 2019, 14 days after he was granted bail by Justice Nicholas Oweibo made this known on through his Instagram page
The Singer who spoke in Yoruba said: “Those of you that are yahoo boys owe me money because am I a Yahoo Boy? No, but I have gone to prison because of you.”
Naira Marley was charged to court by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on 11 counts bordering on cybercrime for allegedly conniving with one Yad Isril to use Access card issued to other persons in a bid to obtain gain, an offence contrary to Section 27(1) (b) of the Cybercrime Prohibition, Prevention Act 2015. The singer will be back in court in October.
