AFRO-fusion artiste, Damini Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy, has bragged about his net worth, saying his cars are worth more than N1.3 billion.
Laughing off the insinuation that he is worth $3.5 million which when converted to naira is approximately N1.3 billion, the Dangote singer said he might have to start flaunting his wealth to make people know what he’s really worth.
His post read; “They said I’m worth $3.5mill…That won’t even buy my cars. I might have to start doing some showing off. Nah. That’s not me. Imma just let u run with whatever ur blogs tell u. $3.5 tho. I’m dead.
“Fun fact: By the time I recorded ”All eyes on me” I was dancing around that 3.5 level.”
Despite not revealing his net worth, Burna Boy remains one of the most valued musicians in Nigeria. The self-acclaimed African giant’s brilliantly catchy brand of Afrobeats has seen him cement his status as one of the continent’s most highly-rated performing artistes.
His claim of being worth more than a billion naira has however resulted in fuss among social media users. While some people argued that the singer’s disclosed net worth was a lie, other people think he might just be worth more than that.
