Multi award-winning rapper, Nicki Minaj, broke the heart of many fans few days ago when she took to Twitter to break news of her retirement.
According to the Jamaican beauty, the decision was influenced by her intention to start a family with fiance, Kenneth Petty.
Following reactions from fans, Nicki took to the mini-blogging platform to apologize for the tweet which she described as “abrupt” and insensitive.
Since the retirement news, the “Megatron” rapper took out time to reply some of her fans who were apparently heartbroken by the news.
Nicki however seemed to be moved by a particular fan, who triggered her apology. Responding to the “Barbie doll”, she wrote:
“I’m still right here. Still madly in love with you guys & you know that. In hindsight, this should’ve been a Queen Radio discussion & it will be. I promise u guys will be happy. No guests, just us talking about everything. The tweet was abrupt & insensitive, I apologize babe,” she wrote in response to a fan.”
Meanwhile, 50Cent took to social media to share his thoughts on Nicki’s retirement.
According to him, she could take a break but retirement is totally out of it
