Grammy Award-winning singer and actress, Grey DeLisle-Griffin, has disclosed that her marriage to her first husband, Christopher DeLisle, ended after she mistakenly confessed to cheating on him.
According to the 47-year-old entertainer, she got married at 19 and was playing Scrabble with DeLisle when he asked if she was cheating on him. She started crying and confessed to cheating, unknown to her he was only talking about the game they were playing.
“I got married at 19 and things ended when we were playing scrabble. He asked me if I was cheating and I immediately broke down crying and tearfully confessed everything…because I didn’t realise he was talking about the game,” she wrote on twitter.
Married life hasn’t quite favoured Grey as she has been through a divorce on three occasions. She married actor Christopher DeLisle in 1992 but the marriage was very short-lived as it lasted for a year.
Likewise, in 2002, she married Murry Hammond, a musician from the country band Old 97. The couple separated three years after the birth of their child Jefferson Texas Hammond.

Grey later came across a guy named Jared Griffin through her Twitter, and married him on 27th June 2012. However, history repeated itself as the couple ended their relationship with a divorce in 2017. The pair have two children together Harlan who was born in 2014, and Mariposa (2016).
