Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Yes International Magazine, Azuh Arinze, today (Sunday, August 23, 2020), held a virtual launching of his newly-released books – Encounters: Lessons from my Journalism Career, and Success is not Served a la Carte.
The event features the presence of prominent persons like –Chief Olusegun Osoba, the Former Governor of Ogun State, who chaired the occasion, Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, the Minister of Transportation, who graced the event as a special guest of honour and Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser, Media and Publicity to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Encounters: Lessons from my Journalism Career, which was virtually launched, highlights key areas that spurred Arinze’s career in his early days and even later as a media maestro.
While Arinze amplifies the virtues, dedication, hard work, tenacity, generosity, and gratitude, in his book, the revered author pointed his readers to those who influenced his media career success.
As pointed out in the book, some of these personalities include –Dele Momodu, Chairman of Ovation Media Group, who also graced the virtual launching, but as the Book Presenter for the occasion, and Femi Akintunde-Johnson, whom he (Arinze) said is one of his earliest tutors.
Also in attendance were –Prince Bisi Olatilo, Chairman, Biscon communications, and Emeka Oparah, Vice President, Corporate Communication & CSR, Airtel Nigeria.
