ACE Nigerian rapper, M.I Abaga has expressed his wish to become a stand-up comedian someday.
During an Instagram live chat with Ubi Franklin, a Music Executive, the former Chocolate City boss said he would love to tell jokes as a comedian at a stand-up comedy show.
While acknowledging that everyone thinks he’s funny, the rapper made reference to his recent misunderstanding with SARZ, saying he got into trouble for telling a joke.
His words; “Everybody thinks I am very funny. However, one joke got me into trouble recently. People around me think I am funny. Comedy is not always about the joke; it’s also about the timing and delivery. One of my secret goals is to tell jokes at a stand-up comedy show. I know it’s going to be bad, but it’s to just go on stage and tell those jokes and see what happens. If I mess up, then so be it.”
Recently, Abaga was slammed by music fans and the record producer, over a demeaning comment.
The rapper had during a live chat with rapper Blackbonez, narrated how SARZ publicly ejaculated on himself while hanging out with him some time ago.
In a turn out of the events, which got people hurling insults at him, the rapper apologised, saying the entire story was a joke.
