Lil Baby, Other Foreign Celebrities Ask Buhari to #EndSARS

American rapper, Lil Baby, and other foreign celebrities have asked President Muhammadu Buhari to listen to the cries of Nigerians, and end the notorious police unit, Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).

For a couple of days now, leading foreign celebrities, including musicians and actors, have aired their concerns on their respective social media pages, demanding an end to police brutality in Nigeria.

Eelive.ng understands that the concerns from foreign high personalities were as a result of nationwide protests of people expressing anger and outcry, over claims of extra-judicial killing, kidnapping, harassment, and extortion by SARS operatives in the country.

Joining Lil Baby for the protest, British rapper, Tinie Tempah wrote: “THE NIGERIAN POLICE SHOULD PROTECT THE PEOPLE NOT HURT THEM KIDNAPPING HARASSMENT AND EXTORTION.”

Similarly voicing his support for the #EndSARS campaign, British-Nigerian actor, John Boyega, stated: “This situation is tied to many other issues. Please lend your attention to this pressing problem!”
