BBNaija Lockdown winner, Laycon has disclosed his plans to release his highly-anticipated debut album next year (2021).
Laycon made the announcement to his fans during his GOtv Iconic tour in Uyo, Akwa Ibom.
During his meet and greet session at the Ebong Uko hall, Monty Suites, Laycon dropped the news to the excitement of many of his fans.
The reality TV star announced his album plan some weeks after announcing his new TV show.
As reported on eelive.ng, Laycon said the shooting had commenced for the first Nigerian Showmax Original reality series, which will be titled I Am Laycon.
In an Instagram live session with his fans, during which he made the disclosure, Laycon said the new TV show will premiere exclusively on Showmax in February 2021, the same year he announced that his debut album will be released.
Coming from humble beginnings, the 26-year–old musician and philosophy graduate (Laycon), had to hustle his way through life before landing a spot in the recently-concluded BBNaija reality TV show, where he wormed his way into the hearts of music and reality TV shows’ fans across Africa.
With his wit, lyrical talent, and genius. Laycon beat 19 other housemates on Sunday, 27 September 2020, to emerge the winner of BBNaija Lockdown, winning N85 million worth of cash prizes.
