Just because there’s a lockdown does not mean billionaires can’t splurge, as 22-year-old Kylie Jenner just copped a mansion in Los Angeles for $36 million.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder has reportedly just purchased a brand new home in Holmby Hills, California. The property cost $36.5 million. According to People, the “massive compound boasts seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms”.
Also, it “even has 20 parking spaces for Kylie’s several luxury cars.”
While the $36.5 million price tag might seem like a lot to us, Kylie reportedly got a huge discount; as the property was recently on the market for $45,950,000.
To the world’s youngest “self-made” billionaire, $36.5 million probably isn’t all that much cash to drop on a new home, especially one that’s so large and fabulous.
Check out the house below:
Kylie Jenner might just be adding this mansion to her portfolio to have more room to move around; as she is currently in lockdown with her 2-year-old daughter, Stormi. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently shared a video clip of the toddler wearing a personalized pair of shades by Rad + Refined by Jaqueline Rezak.
She captioned the video “the coolest kid in town”. We wonder how much those glasses cost.
