The legal team of FlyBoy INC., Kizz Daniel’s label, has taken up legal action on behalf of the music artiste against Vanguard Newspapers following their publication quoting Kizz Daniel in reaction to the Biodun Fatoyinbo rape case.
Vanguard Media Limited were served papers seeking settlement for damages caused by the defaming publication to the tune of N100 million.
