Kim Kardashian will be keeping the $60 million Calabasas mansion, she shared with Kanye West and their children; amid their ongoing divorce.
The couple bought their home in Calabasas, California, in 2014 for $20 million (£14.7 million). But they did not move in until 2018 after investing $40 million in renovations. The property is now worth a reported $60 million.
A source close to the pair had revealed to Page Six earlier this year that Kardashian, 40, owns the land, while West, 43, owns the actual house.
However, the reality star will get the iconic Hidden Hills mansion so their four children, daughters North, 7, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 5 and Psalm, 1 can remain in their family home.
According to TMZ, Kardashian was keen to remain in the home because she ‘really likes the house’. And the fact most of her family live ‘within a block of her in the same community’.
The reality star filed for divorce from the rapper, on February 19, after nearly seven years of marriage.
