Grammy award-winning American recording artiste, Kanye West has accused Canadian rapper, Drake of selling his soul to the devil.
According to Kanye West, Drake’s decision to “sign his soul to the devil” led to their fallout, as Drake began to work against the principles of God, which West claims to represent.
Kanye West’s comments came after he was featured on the ‘Like That’ remix by Future and Metro Boomin, which he said he was drawn to because of the excitement surrounding Drake’s decline in the hip-hop scene. “It’s like he [Drake] signed his soul to the devil to not be cool with me. This is his job, to go against God.”

“Pluto [Future] called me, I went to the studio and laid that [my verse on the remix]. Everybody was very, very excited about the elimination of Drake. Not excited — we was energized” he said.
West also claimed that Drake’s commercial success can be attributed to his “rich baby daddy,” Lucian Grainge, the CEO of Universal Music. According to West, Grainge’s influence played a significant role in Drake’s rise to fame.
“Drake has a rich baby daddy, named Lucian [Grainge] and Universal. He’s like, my daddy control the spins, my daddy got the DSPs,” West said.
