In a recent post on his Instagram, rapper Iceberg Slim wrote a heartfelt apology to his estranged lover, actor Juliet Ibrahim. The rapper revealed how he had cheated and lied to her despite her relentless support for him, as he pleaded for her forgiveness and not a second chance.
In the post, he thanked Juliet for everything, commending her for her undying support through the bad times; “You loved me unconditionally, even at my lowest points, and only wanted honesty and love in return. Unfortunately, I’ve failed you.”
“I lied, I cheated, I took your love for granted… and in turn brought ridicule and shame on you. In life, sometimes you have to reveal, in order to heal,” he added.
The former lovebirds had always been described as an unlikely combination by many, during their days of sizzling romance which suddenly went awry sometime last year. There was no explanation for the split which the actress confirmed in October 2018. But thanks to the rappers apologetic confession, fans now know what went wrong.
