Popular singer and music producer, Cobhams Asuquo has said if he wasn’t making music, he would have been practising law.
In a recently-held interview with Pulse, the revered musician who’s preferably referred to by his first name admitted that he has a thing for law, and the profession excites him.
“If I wasn’t making music, Law would probably still be a thing for me – I have a thing for it and it excites me. [Jokingly screams] It makes me use my common sense [laughs]. I love being able to relate to the Law as the principle of the land and the agreement of the people to be governed by.
“I find it exciting and insightful from an argumentative point of view. It’s just sad that I didn’t go to Law school – I’m a college drop-out [laughs] like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Kanye West, and so forth. The trajectory is familiar on the way to billions, don’t you think? [laughs],” Cobhams who started his academic training as a lawyer was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, the award-winning singer and producer, recently became a trending topic on social media, after releasing the beautiful cover he did for DJ Neptune‘s Nobody, a single in which music stars –Joeboy, and Mr Eazi were featured on.
While playing the keyboard to the song, Cohbam’s unique angles and angelic voice blew music fans away, as many took to Twitter to heap praises on him.
