In trending mail sent by a major international organization, staff of the company have been threatened to either adjust to the tedious standards of the organization or be “fired” with immediate effect.
YesMadam, a salon home service start-up, reportedly conducted a survey, asking employees who are stressed to indicate.
Those who indicated they were stressed were then sent an email telling them the company was parting ways with them.

As the email went viral, the company issued a clarification, saying they only gave the employees a break to rest.

In conclusion, the statement reads, “they weren’t laid off; they were offered a chance to relax. They weren’t sacked; they were urged to rest and recharge.”
