American rapper, Melvin Noble also known as Mo3, has been shot dead.
The Dallas-based lyricist died on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, after being shot by a suspect who chased him on foot.
According to the police, the incident began as the victim was traveling in his car. A suspect got out of a vehicle armed with a gun and began approaching the his vehicle.
At that time, Mo3 also got out of his vehicle and began running on the freeway. The suspect ran after him, and while chasing him, he reportedly fired multiple rounds at him, striking the victim at least once, police said.
The police further stated that an innocent bystander who was inside his vehicle was also struck by the gunfire.
Following the incident, both victims were immediately taken to a hospital, where sources confirmed that the music star has passed away.
This is however the second time in less than a year that Mo3 would be attacked.
Recall that in December 2019, he was shot but managed to survive.
At the time, he shared a video of himself with blood gushing from his head just moments after the attack, Urban Islandz reported.
The 28-year-old rapper is survived by three children.
