For more than a decade, Davido has dominated the African music industry, captivating listeners worldwide and earning numerous awards.

Currently on his Timeless Tour in the United States, Davido’s last destination was Houston, Texas, where he sold out the 21,000-seat Toyota Arena.

During the concert held on July 7, 2023, Houston City Council member Edward Pollard attended and declared July 7 as Davido Day in the city.

Mayor Sylvester Turner expressed Davido’s superstar impact and contributions to the music industry through a letter proclaiming the honor.

Davido’s fourth studio album, ‘Timeless,’ released on March 31, 2023, shattered African first-week streaming records across major platforms.

The album includes several chart-topping hits, notably the international success ‘Unavailable’ featuring South African artist Musa Keys.

‘Unavailable’ ranks among the top Afrobeats songs released in 2023, further solidifying Davido’s influence and global reach.
