Full List: Wizkid shines at 2021 MTV Video Music Awards

Wizkid, Nigerian singer, shone at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA).

Brown Skin Girl’, a song by Beyoncé, featuring Blue Ivy, SAINt JHN, and Wizkid won the ‘Best Cinematography’ category at the 2021 edition of the award held in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center on Sunday night.

Also, American rapper, Doja Cat hosted the ceremony.

Lil Nas X, US rapper, took home multiple awards, including the highly coveted ‘Video of the Year’ gong as well as the statues for the ‘Best Direction’ and ‘Best Visual Effects’ categories for his single ‘Montero (Call Me by Your Name)’.

Other winners are Olivia Rodrigo, who won ‘Best New Artist’ and ‘Song of the Year’ (for ‘Drivers License’), and Justin Bieber, who snagged both ‘Artist of the Year’ and ‘Best Pop’ for his song ‘Peaches’.
