Jennifer Aniston watched the 2020 Emmys alongside her Friends. The Morning Show star, who was up for best lead actress in a drama series; appeared during the broadcast alongside her Friends co-stars Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow.
Earlier in the night, she did a comedy bit in person with host Jimmy Kimmel, but said she was rushing home to watch the ceremony there.”Of course, I’m here,” Cox told host Kimmel. “We live together.”
“We’ve been roommates since 1994!” added Aniston.
Aniston, 51, was nominated for her starring role as veteran morning show anchor Alex Levy in The Morning Show. But, Euphoria star Zendaya took home the award.
In 2002, Aniston won the Emmy for best actress in a comedy series for playing lovable Rachel Green in Friends.
The show, which ran for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004, has received 62 Emmy nominations. Friends ended up winning six Emmys, including Outstanding Comedy Series in 2002 for its eighth season — the one where Rachel had her baby.
