Nigerian recording artiste, Fido is currently embroiled in an ongoing feud with his record label, Inner Circle Entertainment (ICE), about who discovered him.

During the early hours of today, Thursday, March 6, the burgeoning Nigerian recording artiste, Fido, took to X to mention that he wasn’t discovered by anymore. He stated that it was ‘God, ‘marketing’ and himself who put in the work to make him emerge into relevance, the statement infuriated his record label boss.

Taking to X, Fido wrote,
“Marketing company go make you feel like na them Dey help your life, where as na you Dey make money for them, dem go still make you feel like say without them you no go fit make am. My brothers and sisters open your eyes and be wise, the day you show to them they you know what you’re doing they turn your enemies and they paint you bad out there. #shineyoureyes”
In another, he wrote,
