Fathia Williams Mourns the Demise of Iyabo Ojo's Mother Amid Rift

Nollywood actress, Fathia Williams, amid her rift with Iyabo Ojo, sent her a condolence message for the death of her mother.

Recall that Ojo’s mother, Victoria Olubunmi Fetuga, in the early hours of Saturday, November 21, 2020, passed away at the age of 67.

In an Instagram post where she made the disclosure of her mother’s demise, Ojo noted that she died in her sleep.

She wrote: “My mother, my jewel, my guardian, my pearl…this is how you said goodbye?…we were joking about this days ago.I told you how much I want you to live long and watch the children become grown men and women but you said no..your joy was that I am happy..that your spirit would protect and be with us. Little did I know you were set to leave.

“With total submission to the will of God, I announce the death of my mother Mrs. Victoria Olubunmi Fetuga who passed away in her sleep the early hours of today Saturday 21st November at the age of 67yrs..mama, you might be gone but, we your children and grandkids would make sure your memories remain and linger on..like you promised, your spirit remains with us…iyabo ojo your love.”

Mourning the passing away of the mother of her estranged colleague, Williams posted: “God will console you iyaboojofespris. ..may mama soul rest in peace 🙏.”

It is however not clear if the two Nollywood stars have settled their rift.

The actors have been at loggerheads for a while now with the most recent fight being about Williams reportedly snitching on Ojo.

Recall that earlier in the year, Ojo called out Williams on Instagram, as she accused the latter of snitching on her.

According to Ojo, Williams has always been envious of the younger actors in the industry.

She also revealed how she was instrumental in planning her birthday two years ago in Turkey, even though she went ahead to snitch on her.
