A fast-rising Nigerian singer simply identified as Dripping Louis has reportedly died in Ibadan.
eelive.ng reports that the Ibadan-based young talent was stabbed to death by his own uncle, identified as Bashiru, over a mere ₦600 bottle of Maltina.
Witnesses reported that an argument erupted between the two over a soft drink, escalating into a deadly attack that ultimately cost the artiste his life.

The tragic incident which occurred at their family house in Mokola, Ibadan, left neighbors and fans in shock.
Meanwhile, veteran Nollywood actress, Nkechi Nweje died on Friday, March 21 after a brief illness.
Movie producer Stanley Ajemba, aka Stanley Ontop, confirmed her death on Saturday alongside her picture, he wrote on Instagram:
“Nollywood in tears as we lost one of our vibrant Nollywood actresses, @nkechi.nweje, after a brief illness.
“Couldn’t post since morning because it was like a dream to me. Ezigbo Nwanyi Onitsha.
“Rest in peace, ma’am. My best friend, she always called me on the phone, advising me. The last time we spoke was during the Queenth saga. She said, ‘Ontop, stop.’ I’m still speechless.”
