Nollywood director, Blessing Egbe has launched a new TV series, Fancy Teens.
In the newly-released series, Egbe captured popular cultures among today’s teenagers.
The series, written, directed, and produced by Egbe, features Philips Francis, Ogechi Aniegboka, Uwaoma Monita, amongst other teen actors.
In the first episode titled Peer Pressure, two sets of teenagers who want a more fancy life than their parents make available, were being portrayed.
A young Amaka strives for acceptance in a clique of rich kids and this pushes her to steal a huge sum of money from her parents to impress the leader.
David on the other hand is ashamed of the kind of car his mother drives and prefers to take a taxi instead of the old rickety car.
We also see riveting scenes of bullying in the first episode and it can’t be more obvious what the thriller promises in its episodes.
