E-Money Gifts N500k to Elderly Woman Who Cried Over Hunger

Emeka Okokwo, Nigerian music executive better known as E-Money, has gifted an elderly woman N500,000 after she cried of hunger due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In a touching video, the aged woman in Anambra can be heard saying that she has no child to take care of her; and that relatives who could have done that are social distancing.

The video, which has gone viral caught the attention of some sympathetic Nigerians including E-money; who sent his contributions to alleviate the plight of the elderly woman.

E-Money would then bless the woman with N500,000 after he had asked for details on how to locate her.

Sharing the good news, he shared a video of the elated woman praying immensely for him, with the caption;

The the chairman of Five Star Music and younger brother to singer, KCee recently made headlines after he was arrested by the Police over alleged abuse of his police escorts and flashy lifestyle.

Having released him on bail condition, Mohammed Adamu, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP); placed E-Money under investigation for his flamboyant lifestyle.

the IGP’s directive followed claims that E-Money was using policemen attached to him like domestic servants.

“The IG was surprised that policemen were attached to him in the first place and were being used like domestic servants, carrying umbrellas, opening doors, and doing menial jobs for him,” a source was quoted to have said.
